Foot traffic, carts, moisture, grit and cleaning chemicals wear on the finish and on the flooring underneath. Commercial floor care is the planned process of cleaning, restoring and maintaining those floors so they stay clean, consistent and presentable for as long as possible.
At METIS, every recommendation starts with an assessment of the floor type, the existing finish, the traffic patterns, the condition and how the space operates. The right process for a medical office corridor isn’t the right process for a fitness studio or a church fellowship hall.

For floors that need more than routine maintenance.
Deep cleaning removes embedded soil, residue and buildup that mopping and auto-scrubbing leave behind. It’s often the right first step for a facility that has gone a while without specialized floor care, and it shows us the true condition of the floor before we recommend restoration or a maintenance plan.

How do I know what my floors need?
You don’t have to. Request a free assessment, tell us what you’re seeing and send photos if you can. We’ll evaluate the flooring, the finish and the condition and recommend the right process.
Will service disrupt my business?
